The above project is invested by Hoa Phat Hung Yen industrial park infrastructure development company. The project is implemented in Trung Hung commune, Trung Hoa commune and Yen My town (Yen My district) with the total area of 216 hectares. The total investment amount is VND 2,682.5 billion.
