In a democratic and frank atmosphere, residents of Do Luong Village raised opinions and recommendations on many matters directly related to their lives and interests. These focused on: regimes and policies for part-time officials; developing a plan to soon relocate the cemetery affected by site clearance for the Bai Say Industrial Park project; investing in and upgrading the rural road system; strengthening land management and promoting environmental sanitation; renovating and repairing the sluice gates of the on-farm irrigation system to ensure irrigation and drainage for agricultural production; adding loudspeakers to the public address system to improve local information and communication; and coordinating with the water supplier to ensure sufficient clean water for residents..

The opinions and recommendations of the people were received, discussed and answered by leaders of the Commune People's Committee and specialized divisions within their authority. For matters that require time for consideration and resolution, the Commune People's Committee will compile them, direct the relevant agencies and units to study and handle them, and inform the people of the results.

Through the dialogue conference, the Party committee and authorities of Pham Ngu Lao Commune grasped the thoughts, aspirations and concerns of the people, enabling them to promptly direct solutions, thereby helping to strengthen public trust and consensus in carrying out local socio-economic development tasks.
