Provincial Delegation Offers Incense and Flowers in Memory of President Ho Chi Minh, Nguyen Duc Canh, Former Party General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and Fallen Heroes
On the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the victorious August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2026) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2026), on the morning of August 28, a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen Province offered incense and flowers in memory of President Ho Chi Minh at the Uncle Ho Memorial House (Pho Hien Ward) and the Uncle Ho Temple (Tra Ly Ward); Nguyen Duc Canh at the Nguyen Duc Canh Monument (Thai Binh Ward); General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh at the General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh Monument (Pho Hien Ward); Heroic Vietnamese Mothers at the Heroic Vietnamese Mothers Temple (Tra Ly Ward); and fallen heroes at the Provincial Martyrs' Memorial (Pho Hien Ward) and the Provincial Martyrs' Temple (Tran Hung Dao Ward).

Attending the incense-offering ceremony were Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; members of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Board of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and the Standing Board of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; and leaders of provincial Party commissions, departments, agencies and mass organizations.

In a solemn and reverent atmosphere, the delegation offered incense and flower baskets and observed a minute of silence, expressing boundless gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh – the brilliant leader of our Party and people, the great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, a hero of national liberation and a world cultural figure. He founded and nurtured the Communist Party of Vietnam and devoted his entire life to the cause of national liberation and the struggle for peace and the happiness of the Vietnamese people and people around the world. His name and cause will endure forever with the nation; his ideology, morality and style will live on forever in the heart of every Vietnamese person and serve as a bright torch lighting the way to the future.

Before the spirits of President Ho Chi Minh, Nguyen Duc Canh, General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and fallen heroes, provincial leaders and delegates pledged to constantly cultivate and train themselves and to step up studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the new development period. They vowed to make the best use of opportunities and advantages, overcome difficulties and challenges, and, together with the entire Party, people and army, unite as one and resolve to successfully implement the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, building Hung Yen into a province with modern industry and highly efficient agriculture that develops rapidly and sustainably.
