The Provincial People’s Committee of Yen My district has announced the detailed construction planning ratio 1/500 of Minh Chau-Viet Cuong industrial cluster. Accordingly, Minh Chau-Viet Cuong industrial cluster has the total area of over 49.3 hectares, implemented in Minh Chau commune and Viet Cuong commune. The investor is Minh Chau industrial zone joint stock company. The proportion of land use of the industrial zone is over 71.6% of the land area for factory building, over 11.5% for transportation; over 13.5% for green trees and irrigation. The total investment amount is over VND 600 billion. The major industry of Minh Chau-Viet Cuong industrial cluster is light industry, multi-sector industry and non-environmental projects.
