The ceremony saw the attendance of: Mr. Thao Xuan Sung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Vietnam Farmers Association; Mr. Do Tien Sy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly; Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, members of the Provincial Standing Committee; Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of departments, agencies, branches, socio-political organizations, districts and city in the province.

To respectfully pay tribute to and honor the career and great dedication of the hero Hoang Hoa Tham, the outstanding son of Hung Yen homeland, the province has invested in the construction, repair and renovation of the Temple of Hoang Hoa Tham based on his family's old house in Di Che village, Di Che commune (Tien Lu) with a total area of ​​over 3,000 m2, including many items such as the memorial house, the guest house and garden. This works brings a great significance and expresses the moralities of "When you drink water, think of its source" of Hung Yen people and farmers nationwide. On 31 January 2019, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee signed the Decision No. 406 / QD-CTUBND to certify the historical and cultural relic at provincial level for the Temple of Hoang Hoa Tham.

The Temple of Hoang Hoa Tham affirms the historical and cultural values ​​of the relic, as an appreciation for his great contributions, the outstanding leader of the Yen The uprising; at the same time, contributes to the preservation of the cultural and revolutionary traditions of the homeland, as the address of traditional education for young generations; meeting the needs of sightseeing and research of people. 

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong praised and appreciated the efforts of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the People's Committees of Tien Lu district and Di Che commune and Doan family in Di Che commune and the construction unit to actively build and complete the project on schedule, ensure the quality; and thanked the Vietnam Farmers Association for mobilizing members in the whole country to contribute to the completion of the project. 

He asked the Party committee, authorities and people of Tien Lu district and Di Che commune to well manage, preserve and promote the historical value of  Hoang Hoa Tham's Temple. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is responsible for collecting documents, artifacts and images of celebrity Hoang Hoa Tham and the Yen The uprising to display and introduce at the Provincial Museum and the relic site in order to meet the needs of learning, research and sightseeing of people and visitors.
