The exhibition saw the attendance of the Central guests including Mr. Do Kim Cuong, Deputy Chairman of Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations; Mr. Vu Quoc Khanh, Chairman of Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists. On Hung Yen side, the ceremony saw the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Khac Hao, former Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Member of the Provincial Standing party Committee, Head of the Provincial Committee for Propaganda and Education; Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments and divisions of the province, guests and photography enthusiasts.

Photographer Bui Minh Hai (born in 1983) has had more than 40 works selected to hang in the exhibition and received many awards from 20 photo contests in such countries around the world held by the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP ) as India, Finland, Poland, Bulgaria, Belgium ... with typical works such as Seasonal rhythm, Lotus pond, Old fishman, Flood season, Pho Hien in spring, Lotus aroma, “Tuong Ban”. Remarkably, his "Seasonal Rhythm" won the International Silver Medal in Serbia and Montenegro, and the "Old fishman" was exhibited and awarded the Bronze Medal in India by the FIAP.
The photos displayed at the exhibition are meant to introduce and promote the image of the landscape and people of Hung Yen province to people in the country and abroad.
With the achievements gained in international photo competitions in the past years, photographer Bui Minh Hai has been awarded the certificate of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. On this occasion, Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists held a ceremony to enroll author Bui Minh Hai.
The exhibition would last until March 12 at the Provincial Museum (Pham Bach Ho Street, Hien Nam Ward, Hung Yen City).
