The incense burning ceremony witnessed the attendance of comrades: Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee for Inspection Commission, and members of the Provincial Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; representatives of departments, branches and unions of the province; leaders of districts, towns and city.

Delegates lay a wreath and offer incenses at the National Historic Site of La Tien Banyan Tree and La Tien Temple (Phu Cu)

The delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province have laid a wreath, offered incenses, and spent a minute to paying tribute to the heroic martyrs, revolutionary soldiers and the people, who have bravely sacrificed to protect the homeland and the country.

At the location of La Tien banyan tree and La Tien temple in the 1950s - 1954s, the French enemy and the gang of minions in extremely brutal forms killed 1,145 revolutionary soldiers, patriotic comrades and compatriots; including 121 officials and people of Nguyen Hoa commune. As the crimes of the enemy, in January 1954, the main army coordinated with the army and people of Phu Cu district to destroy La Tien posts and liberate the homeland.
