On March 31, the Contact Board of Hung Yen Policemen in Hanoi held a meeting in the early spring of 2019 at the People's Security Academy (Hanoi). The meeting witnessed the participation of General To Lam, Politburo member , Minister of Public Security....

The delegates attended the meeting 

The meeting saw the attendance of Mr. Do Tien Sy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly; Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Cpmmittee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Provincial Standing Committee: Mr. Pham Huy Binh, Head of Internal Affairs of the Provincial Party Committee; Colonel Nguyen Chi Cong, Chief of the Provincial Military Command; leaders of a number of provincial departments, agencies and unions.

The provincial leaders and representatives of the Contact Board of Hung Yen Policemen in Hanoi presented flowers to congratulate Mr. To Lam as he was appointed as the General.

The Contact Board of Hung Yen Policemen in Hanoi currently has nearly 700 members in 18 groups. In the past years, the Contact Board has maintained well the gratitude activities, visited and encouraged members; members always promote the tradition of Hung Yen homeland and maintain the good qualities of the People's Police. The Contact Board also organizes many humanitarian and charitable activities towards home.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and provincial armed forces, Provincial Party Secretary Do Tien Sy congratulated and thanked the sentiment of the Contact Board of Hung Yen Policemen in Hanoi for the province. He spent much time informing the outstanding socio-economic achievements of the province in 2018 such as: The economic growth rate; budget collection; high-quality industrial and agricultural development; the new rural area has prospered, essential infrastructure has been upgraded; the social security is effectively performed, the poor households rate decreases; the military and local defense are guaranteed, the political security, social order and safety are maintained; the construction of the Party and the political system has many positive changes. He hoped that the Contact Board of Hung Yen Policemen in Hanoi would continue to promote the solidarity and make practical contributions together with the Party committee and people in the province to successfully implement the assigned political tasks.
