Speaking to welcome the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia expressed his joy and excitement to welcome the delegation of the Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee to visit and work in the province. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee briefly introduced the results of the Party building and socio-economic development of the province since the beginning of the 19th Provincial Party Congress until now; some strategic development orientations of the province in the coming time. He said that although Hung Yen and Ha Tinh are different in terms of geographical location, natural conditions and population, they also have many similarities in history, tradition, culture and socio-economic development, therefore, in the coming time, the two provinces can cooperate and share in many fields. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed that the exchange of experiences and the signing of a development and cooperation program between Hung Yen and Ha Tinh provinces is an important opportunity for the two provinces to tighten cooperation relation in order to promote revolutionary tradition, strengthen the friendship relationship between the Party committees, authorities and people of the two provinces. He suggested that at the conference, the leaders of the two provinces would discuss and agree to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the two provinces of Hung Yen and Ha Tinh in the period of 2023 - 2025. At the same time, he believed that the meeting, the exchange of experiences and signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two provinces will enhance the close, strong and special emotional relationship between the Party Committees, authorities and people of the two provinces, at the same time opening up many development opportunities for both provinces, contributing to the common development of the country.
