At the working session

At the working session, participants heard the report on the achievements in the new rural areas construction in Hung Yen city. Accordingly, by the end of 2018, 10 out of 10 communes of the city were recognized to meet the new rural standards by the provincial People's Committee. In the period from 2011 to June, 2019, Hung Yen city has mobilized a total of over 2.2 trillion VND to build new rural areas, of which people contributed over 1 trillion VND. So far, Hung Yen city has no debts in new rural construction, the new rural criteria basically meet the regulations, including such high quality criteria as transport infrastructure and cultural  facilities, housing, income...

After listening to the report and the actual results on the criteria for new rural construction in some communes such as Hong Nam, Lien Phuong, Phuong Chieu, Cao Thon incense village, Bao Khe commune..., the mission highly appreciated the results of new rural construction that Hung Yen city has gained in recent years. In addition, they also pointed out some shortcomings that need overcoming in the coming time.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, received ideas and suggestions from the mission and asked Hung Yen City, relevant departments and agencies to soon deploy the solutions to complete and improve the criteria for new rural construction of Hung Yen city.
