From June 21 to present, in the whole province, there are 237 positive cases for SARS-CoV-2 virus (excluding positive cases as arrival people). Of the 56,797 people reviewed, there are 2,022 F1, 16,942 F2, 27,721 F3, 1,378 people returning from Ho Chi Minh City and southern provinces, and 6,449 people returning from Hanoi. In the whole province 6,353 people are currently being quarantined. Up to now, there is no place to block off due to the epidemic; it has been 16 consecutive days that the province has not recorded new cases in the community. The Provincial People's Committee has issued a plan to organize the collection and treatment of Covid-19 patients in the province.

However, the epidemic situation in Ho Chi Minh City, southern provinces, Hanoi city and some provinces is still complicated, the risk of entering the province is very large, especially from long-distance drivers, people returning from epidemic areas. Comrade Provincial Party Secretary requested, the province needs to make more efforts, try harder to firmly maintain Hung Yen province as a "green zone". Accordingly, strengthening the leadership of the Party Committee, the initiative in the direction and administration of the authorities at all levels, the participation of the Fatherland Front, mass organizations in propaganda and mobilization of the people from all walks of life, strictly comply with epidemic prevention and control measures. The checkpoints for the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic strictly control people and vehicles entering the province, and increase more checkpoints in the province if necessary; organize rapid testing of SARS-CoV-2 virus at the provincial checkpoints, the ones of districts and towns with the National Highway No. 5 running through and bordering Hanoi city. The districts bordering Hanoi City close a number of crossroads and shortcuts connecting with Hanoi city.
