On August 9, in Ecopark urban area, Van Giang district, TDH Ecoland, a member company in Ecopark Group has signed a cooperation agreement with the Korean Land and Housing Corporation to make a planning and develop a clean industry park project, which is a part of Ly Thuong Kiet service and urban industrial zone project, Hung Yen province....

TDH Ecoland signed a cooperation agreement with Korea Land and Housing Corporation

The signing ceremony drew the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of Hung Yen provincial People's Committee.

TDH Ecoland and Korea Land and Housing Corporation will cooperate in conducting the feasibility study for the project and then developing a modern and pioneer industrial park project in Hung Yen province.

In which, the clean industrial park project covers an area of 139.7 ha, forming part of the 3,000ha Ly Thuong Kiet service and urban industrial zone in Yen My district, which is one of the priority projects of two corporations in 2019-2020.

Clean IPs are environmentally friendly, developed with the use of smart as well as ecological solutions, including having a general operating centre to monitor and control most processes remotely, using and producing solar power, installing a wastewater treatment system, planning green trees, overhead gardens, artificial ditches and harmonizing lakes according to surrounding terrain and environment, taking advantage of natural light for factories.

The two sides also agreed that after conducting the evaluation of the progress of the clean industrial park project, they would continue to research and develop the No.1 industrial park and the No. 1 urban area project, which belong to Ly Thuong Kiet service and urban industrial zone.
