At the teleconference

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Phong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee, authorized by Director of the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology, handed over the Decision certifying the capacity of the SARS-CoV virus detection of the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology for the Center for Disease Control of Hung Yen province.

According to the report of the Provincial Steering Committee, up to 4 p.m. on September 3, 2020, there is no Covid-19 case, 491 people are being isolated. Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, agencies, unions of the province, the People's Committees of districts, towns and city continue to direct and strictly implement Directive No. 15 / CT-UBND, Official Telegraph 2137 / CD -CTUBND and other directions, as specifically: the Department of Health has met the Steering Committee for the epidemic prevention and control of the Department and other units in the sector to adjust plans for epidemic prevention and control, develop plans for zoning hospitals, the plan to increase the likelihood of Covid-19 testing; direct the units to continue reviewing, quarantining and testing; the Provincial police continues to review and manage population fluctuations, maintain operations of 13 epidemic control posts in the province; districts, towns and city continue to consolidate the epidemic prevention and control apparatus; organize the inspection of epidemic prevention and control; direct agencies, units, and apparatus for epidemic prevention and control in the locality to review and isolate the risky objects in the locality.

Units and localities reported the results of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control, the difficulties and proposals of the units for the implementation of measures to prevent and control Covid-19 in the locality.

At the conference, Mr. Do Tien Sy, Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated and acknowledged the efforts of the units in the disease prevention and control in recent years; at the same time, he emphasized a number of following contents: Covid 19 epidemic prevention monitoring in the community (encouraging self-monitoring in residential areas), the safety and hygiene in the hospital, ensuring prevention and fight against the epidemic in organizing the opening ceremony of the 2020-2021 school year.

Speaking at the conclusion, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee requested departments, branches and localities to seriously accept the direction of comrade Do Tien Sy, Provincial Party Secretary and performed well the following tasks: To seriously implement the contents of Directive No. 15 / CT-UBND dated August 15, 2020 and Official Telegraph 2137 / CD-CTUBND dated September 18, 2020; proactively develop the economy and adopt flexible, appropriate, non-subjective measures to prevent and fight the epidemic, change their lifestyle and behaviour when the epidemic is complicated; strictly manage immigration and handle those who enter illegally; ensure epidemic prevention and food safety at markets, stalls, restaurants…; promote propaganda for people to install Bluezone apps on smart phones; support social security for the poor and policy families; ensure epidemic prevention and control in organizing the opening ceremony of the 2020-2021 school year and have specific scenarios to cope with epidemic developments.
