At the meeting, the leader of Department of Home Affairs reported the progress of implementing the tasks to prepare for the 9th provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress. Up to now, the preparation for the Congress has been basically completed, ensuring the progress and quality as required.

At the meeting, the delegates contributed comments on each specific content and task for the Congress to take place solemnly, economically, safely and create a mark and highlight of each patriotic emulation movement in the province, in which the results and significance of the emulation movement of the whole country works together to build a new countryside are highlighted, strongly contributing to the solidarity and creativity in patriotic emulation movements of all levels, branches, localities, cadres, Party members and all people in the province.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong requested as follows: Immediately after the meeting, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development finalize the report so that the Provincial People's Committee will consult the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Standing Committee on the plan to organize the 9th provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress. The units and localities review the assigned tasks, quickly complete the remaining tasks, pay special attention to the work of ensuring security and order, the reception and the content and agenda of the Congress must carefully prepared.
