At the meeting

At the meeting, the delegates discussed the following contents: To assign members of the provincial People's Committee to present the reports and proposals at the 5th session – the provincial People's Council term XVI; the working program of the provincial People's Committee in the last 6 months of 2019; to re-rank and implement the leadership position allowances for Van Giang District Health Center; the report on the collection of the natural disaster prevention and control fund in 2018 and the plan for the collection of the natural disaster prevention and control fund in 2019 (phase 1) of Hung Yen province.

Through the reports and opinions of the delegates, the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong concluded as follows: For assigning members of the provincial People's Committee to present the reports and proposals at the 5th session - the provincial People's Council XVI, to request members of the provincial People's Committee presenting at the provincial People's Council’s meeting to prepare carefully the documents, legal basis and strict process in accordance with the law.

For the working program of the provincial People's Committee in the last 6 months of 2019, the departments, agencies and units adding their tasks, there must be a document sent to the provincial People's Committee Office for synthesis, the documents must be in the right and strict process and in accordance with the law. At the same time, the Office of the provincial People's Committee is requested to add 2 more contents to the working program of the provincial People's Committee in the last 6 months of 2019: To review and evaluate the budget collection in 2019 (in September); to assess the solutions to implement the new rural area program (in October). To request the Office of the provincial People's Committee to reasonably reallocate the meeting contents of the months in the working program of the provincial People's Committee in the last 6 months.

For the re-ranking and implementation of the leadership position allowances for Van Giang District Health Center, the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee basically agreed with the submitted content and asked the Department of Finance, the Department of Planning and Investment to pay attention to Van Giang District Health Center in the budget plan.

For the report on the collection of the natural disaster prevention and control fund in 2018 and the plan for the collection of the natural disaster prevention and control fund in 2019 (phase 1) of Hung Yen province, the report must clearly assess the results, limitations and solutions./.
