The leader of the Department of Home Affairs presented the Draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision No. 20/2018/QD-UBND dated May 21, 2018 of the Provincial People's Committee on approving the establishment and regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Construction Investment Project Management Board under the People's Committees of districts and city; the Draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Construction Investment Project Management Board under the People's Committees of districts, town and city.

At the meeting, delegates gave their opinions on the contents submitted by the Department of Health and the Department of Home Affairs.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van requested the Department of Health to revise and supplement the summary report on the implementation of Resolution No. 27-NQ/TU to ensure the leadership, direction, implementation and organization; clarify the results of the Resolution's targets compared to the set goals; the difficulties, obstacles, subjective and objective causes and proposals and recommendations. Regarding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Health, the current number of divisions will be temporarily maintained; continue to study and consider the organizational structure to ensure its suitability and correlation with the Thai Binh Department of Health when merging two provinces. The content of receiving district-level health centers is temporarily suspended until the organization of 2-level local government is implemented.

Regarding the content submitted by the Department of Home Affairs, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van requested the Department of Home Affairs to continue researching, advising, and ensuring compliance with the arrangement of commune level and the termination of the operation of district-level administrative units.
