At the meeting, members of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council reviewed the records, voted to propose the consideration for awarding the title of National Emulation Fighter to an individual; propose the State President to award the Third-class Labor Medal to 2 collectives; propose the Government to award the Emulation Flag to 5 collectives; propose the Prime Minister to award the Certificates of Merit to 3 collectives and 3 individuals with outstanding achievements in their work and emulation movements.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council Nguyen Van Phong affirmed: Hung Yen is assessed by the Central Government as one of the leading provinces in the movement of building new rural areas of the country.
