Delegates attend the Congress

For the period of 2015-2020, the members of the Provincial Business Association have united, overcome difficulties and challenges, synchronously and effectively conducted the set goals, tasks and solutions, making an important contribution into the program of socio-economic development and revenue collection of the province. During the term, more than 200 members have been admitted into the Provincial Business Association. The Provincial Business Association and business associations of districts, towns and city have grasped the situation of production and business, summarized and reflected the proposals and recommendations of enterprises with local leaders and state management agencies; actively participated in criticizing projects and legal documents related to enterprises in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises; advised and supported on law for businesses; performed the task of training and improving management capacity for enterprises; carried out social, humanitarian and charitable responsibilities…

The Congress set out goals, tasks and solutions for the period of 2021 - 2026, which are to strive to build a team of entrepreneurs and enterprises with sufficient capacity and quality to manage and operate businesses to develop in a stable and sustainable way, at the same time improving operational capacity, continue to innovate the organization, management and administration of the Association to contribute more and more to the socio-economic development program of the country and the province. To continue to promote its role as a representative and bridge between the business community in the province and state management agencies; protect the legitimate interests of enterprises; improve the quality of research and criticism of mechanisms, policies, and legal documents related to enterprises...

Then, the Congress honored comrade Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as Honorary Chairman of the Provincial Business Association for the period of 2021 - 2026 and elected the Executive Board of the Provincial Business Association, term 4, for the period of 2021 - 2026 including 55 people. At the first meeting, the Executive Board of the Provincial Business Association for the period of 2021 - 2026 elected the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Business Association for the period of 2021 - 2026. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha, Director of Viet Thai Trading and Service Technology Co., Ltd. in Hung Yen was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial Business Association for the period of 2021 - 2026.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the role of enterprises and entrepreneurs in the development of the province, and requested that in the coming time, the Provincial Business Association urgently needs to stabilize its organization and fully develop operating regulations. To do well in member development, strictly carry out the principles, purposes, functions, tasks, principles of organization and operation, build the Association stronger and stronger, work as a common roof, promote well the role of representative of the business community, protect the legitimate rights and interests of its members, and act as a bridge between enterprises and state agencies. To promote propaganda, mobilize members and businesses to strictly observe the provisions of the law; constantly improve the social responsibility of enterprises, protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees. To propagate and mobilize members and businesses to strictly comply with regulations on prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic, ensuring safe production. To guide members and enterprises to actively develop production and business strategies and plans in line with the market economy, international integration requirements and the province's socio-economic development orientation, exploit effectively the potentials and advantages. To promote investment in production and business with a reasonable industry structure, focus on high-tech manufacturing industries and fields, increase labor productivity, bring more added values ​​and friendly to the environment. To actively build a team of entrepreneurs who are capable and qualified to manage and run enterprises; fulfill obligations towards the State; actively participate in social and charity activities, support the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control fund; contributing to the performance of the poverty reduction program, building a model new rural area... To strengthen the provision of information to enterprises about the market and international integration; consult, support and create favorable conditions for enterprises to expand cooperation, joint venture, and associate with domestic and foreign organizations, enterprises and investors. To proactively propose to Party committees and authorities in formulating, adjusting and supplementing guidelines and orientations for the socio-economic development, the mechanisms and policies related to enterprises, production and business, improvement of the investment environment.

Speaking at the Congress, comrades: Mr. Vu Tien Loc, Chairman of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Mr. Nguyen Van Than, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, said that Hung Yen still has many potentials and advantages in business attraction and development. Therefore, it is necessary to take full advantage of the support and help to create conditions of the Party committee, local government, business associations ... to develop enterprises and restructure enterprises in a sustainable way. To promote the start-up movement, transform household businesses into business models; focus on training and developing Party organizations and Party members in non-state enterprises...

On this occasion, many collectives and individuals with excellent achievements in production, business, the construction and development of the Provincial Business Association in the period of 2015 - 2020 were awarded by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of Central Council of Vietnam Business Association, the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.
