On October 14, at the Headquarter of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Do Tien Sy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly chaired the meeting of the Provincial Standing Committee to discuss the implementation of contents to prepare for the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025 and a number of important contents....

The meeting witnessed the attendance of following comrades: Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, representatives of the Central Party Committees and comrades in the Provincial Standing Committee.

According to the reports of units, up to now the preparation of contents, operation program, the arrangement of guests reception, the layout and seats of delegates have been carefully prepared. The decoration and ceremonial work inside and outside the Provincial Convention Center where the Congress is held has basically been completed. The visual propaganda is carried out in all localities, especially Hung Yen city, with flags, flowers, banners, slogans, panels, posters celebrating the Congress, which creates an excitement atmosphere among all classes of people. Press agencies have increased the time and content of propaganda about the Congress. The provincial police coordinated with localities and units to build and implement detailed plans to ensure traffic security and safety ... in the days of the Congress. The logistics, reception, facilities arrangement, the construction of scenarios and situations have all been actively prepared by relevant functional branches.

At the meeting, the delegates focused on discussing and re-evaluating the content of the work, which has been done; reviewing and deploying the remaining work for the Congress to take place successfully.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Provincial Party Secretary Do Tien Sy suggested: Based on the specific assigned plans and tasks, units and individuals raise responsibility to well and thoughtfully prepare good conditions for the Congress. The units must have unity and close coordination in the performance of assigned tasks; the available plans for the arising situations; uphold the responsibility to actively handle work. The Provincial Party Secretary directly gave comments on each specific work such as: Assign to welcome delegates and guests; receive congratulation flowers and take souvenir photos; design and decorate the outside of the Provincial Conference Center; the progress of the working sessions of the Congress ... The Provincial Party Secretary noted: the Provincial Party Committee’s Office, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee and related branches check and review all the work to ensure the requirements in terms of quality, progress and good service for the 19^th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025 to be successful.
