After comrade Provincial Party Secretary Do Tien Sy informed about the investment policy in the construction of the Ring Road No. 4 with a total length of nearly 100km, of which the road passing through Van Giang and Van Lam districts of Hung Yen province has a length of over 20km, Hanoi city is the focal point to deploy the project, delegates attending the meeting have highly agreed on the above policy. They said that the completion of the Ring Road No. 4 would connect inter-regional traffic among Hanoi - Hung Yen - Bac Ninh and neighboring provinces and facilitate the development of the urban chain in the region, including Hung Yen province. Therefore, when the investment plan on the construction of the above road is approved, Hung Yen will actively perform the related work so that the above project will soon be implemented.

Regarding the Covid-19 epidemic in the area today, Comrade Tran Quoc Van, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Party Secretary said: Right after the Covid-19 epidemic broke out, the Provincial Steering Committee for the Covid-19 prevention and control (The Provincial Steering Committee) has issued instructions, telegrams and official letters, and held meetings to discuss measures to deal with the Covid-19 epidemic. The Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee have directed branches and localities to quickly and promptly zone, block, track and trace the cases related to infected ones to isolate and take samples for testing. Regarding the election work, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council said: the implementation of steps in the election process for deputies to the 15th National Assembly and the People's Councils at all levels in the period of 2021 - 2026 is deployed urgently by all levels and sectors, ensuring the schedule, process and law. Up to now, the election groups have received enough documents, ballot boxes and seals ... to prepare for the election day. The propaganda on the election has been promoted in many forms, from visual form  to mass media, constituencies are decorated... Currently, the Fatherland Front at all levels coordinates with the authorities of localities to prepare carefully for candidates to meet with voters to exercise their rights to campaign for election...

The delegates at the meeting discussed about the plans for students to study, review, and organize year-end exams; the plans to prevent and fight against the Covid-19 epidemic, especially the one to ensure the safety against the epidemic in the election ...

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Provincial Party Secretary Do Tien Sy emphasized that, the high consensus of the collective of the Provincial Standing Committee and the agreement on investment policy in the construction of the Ring Road No. 4 would make the focal unit speed up the project’s implementation.

At present, the election is entering a sprint, while the Covid-19 epidemic is quite complicated; a number of positive cases for SARS-CoV-2 virus have been recorded in the province, so the Provincial Party Secretary requested that, the Provincial Steering Committee for the Covid-19 prevention and control directed the branches and localities to urgently and drastically in the leadership, direction and performance of urgent measures to prevent and control the epidemic; prevent it from spreading widely in the community. The health sector coordinates with relevant sectors to urgently trace the cases related to outbreaks such as Kim Chung facility of the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Central K Hospital and other epidemic areas for quarantine and testing in time; advise the Provincial Steering Committee, the Provincial Standing Committee on anti-epidemic plans when organizing activities in the election, especially on the election day; appoint medical staff, regular police and relevant forces to ensure the safety for the election.

For organizing voters' meetings for candidates to campaign for election, the Fatherland Front should guide localities the forms of suitable organization to the current epidemic situation, in compliance with regulations and the guidance of their superiors but ensuring the candidates' rights to campaign for election, especially in areas that are blocked or socially isolated to prevent and fight against the Covid-19.

The Provincial Party Secretary proposed the Provincial Election Commission to develop a plan and instruct the election commissions at all levels to make a plan to organize election day in the situation of blockade or social gap, at the same time reviewing the electoral roll to ensure the civil rights of voters ..
