Representatives of units in the emulation group signed the emulation agreement of 2019 

At the conference, Hung Yen Women's Union (Head of the emulation group) implemented the operation plan of the emulation group in 2019. After the discussion, the units agreed and signed the emulation agreement, which focused on 5 contents: To effectively perform emulation movements, campaigns, the Union’s tasks and local political tasks under the direction of the Central Presidium of Vietnam Women's Union and local Party committees; organize effective activities to respond to the theme of 2019 "Safety for women and children"; organize practical and effective activities to participate in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; carry out mid-term evaluation of the implementation of the Resolutions of the 12th National Vietnamese Women’s Congress and the Resolutions of the Women’s Congress at all levels for the 2016-2021 term; organize forms of mobilization and support for women to start their businesses and mobilize to build collective economic models managed by women.

At the conference, a seminar titled "To discuss the solutions to support women to start a business" was held... The delegates agreed in the coming time to continue to advise the Party committees and authorities to pay attention to facilitating the resources to support women to start a business; help the right people, who really want to start a business; connect product consumption, expand the markets, accompany with businesses, cooperatives, women-owned production and business households; support the sustainable start-up for women, especially disadvantaged women, through establishing cooperatives and cooperative groups; strengthen the trust activities, create favorable conditions for women to access to credit... At the same time, to promote the propaganda and strengthen the inspection and supervision...
