Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong wrote some words in the scrap-book at the A1 martyrs' cemetery.

The delegation came to offer flowers and incenses at the A1 martyrs' cemetery - the resting place of over 600 martyrs who sacrificed in the Dien Bien Phu campaign, including many martyrs who are descendants of Hung Yen homeland.

After laying wreaths at the monument, the delegation offered incenses of gratitude on each martyrs' graves. In the solemn and respectful atmosphere, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong wrote in the scrap-book at the cemetery: "Hung Yen's Party Committee, authorities and people are extremely grateful for the sacrifices of the martyrs, who contributed to the Dien Bien Phu victory. The sacrifices of martyrs left the mourning for their fathers, mothers, wives, children and relatives in their homeland. Hung Yen's Party Committee and people volunteers to work together and build Hung Yen province richer, more beautiful, civilized and modern to deserve the sacrifice of the heroic martyrs.  To bow in deep respect to the heroic martyrs! "

To offer incenses on the martyrs’ graves, including the revolutionary - martyr To Hieu, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong and the delegation bow in deep respect to the memory of the the comrade To Hieu, the resilient communist, the elite son of Hung Yen homeland and the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
