At the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia announced the results of the 6th Plenum of the Party Central Committee, term 13 (the 6th Central Plenum).

Accordingly, the 6th Plenum of the Party Central Committee will take place in Hanoi for seven days, from October 3 to October 9, 2022. The meeting aims to discuss and give opinions on a lot of important issues. Members of the Party Central Committee and the comrades attending the meeting showed a high sense of responsibility, promoted democracy and wisdom, frankly discussed and contributed many important ideas to the reports. The Party Central Committee highly agreed on the content of the Politburo's comments and explanations, and approved the basic contents of the documents of the 6th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee.

At the 6th Plenum of the Party Central Committee, term 13, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong chaired and delivered important speeches opening and closing the meeting.

Specifically: The Party Central Committee spent a lot of time researching, reviewing and discussing carefully, contributing many profound, specific and comprehensive opinions to the "Report on socio-economic development, state budget in 2022, the socio-economic development plan in 2023; the three-year state budget financial plan from 2023 to 2025; the plan to adjust salary, pension, social insurance allowance and preferential allowance for meritorious people in 2023”. On the basis of analysis and forecast of possibilities, closely following the actual situation, the Party Central Committee assessed the situation of socio-economic development in 2022, in which, clearly defining the viewpoints, objectives and orientations for key tasks and solutions in 2023; the State budget estimates for the three years from 2023 to 2025, ensuring feasibility, meeting the requirements of the annual socio-economic development plan, finance and state budget, associated with the effective prevention and control of the epidemic; the socio-economic recovery and development.

The "National Master Plan Orientation for the period of 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050" is a very important political task, of strategic, fundamental and long-term significance. The Party Central Committee unanimously approved the Resolution on Continuing to promote the industrialization and modernization of the country until 2030, with a vision to 2045 in order to create high unity among the entire Party and people on the goal, viewpoints, guiding ideas and major tasks and solutions that need to be thoroughly grasped and implemented in order to further promote the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country, successfully implement the goals and tasks set out by the 13th National Party Congress to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

The Party Central Committee unanimously issued a Resolution on Continuing to build and perfect the law-governed socialist state in Vietnam in the new period.

Regarding "Summarizing 15 years of implementing the Resolution of the 5th Plenum of the Party Central Committee, term 10 on continuing to innovate the Party's leadership method for the political system", the Party Central Committee highly appreciated the achievements of 15 years of implementation of the Resolution of the 5th Plenum of the Party Central Committee; affirming that the conclusion of the Resolution of the 5th Plenum of the Party Central Committee and the promulgation of a new Resolution on Continuing to renew the Party's leadership and ruling methods over the political system in the new period are necessary requirements for continuously leading and directing the renewal and improvement of the Party's leadership method, effectively promoting the Party's leadership in the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system, which is truly clean, strong, and meeting the requirements and tasks in the new development phase.

The delagates discussed, gave opinions and approved the basic contents of the documents: "Reporting on important work that the Politburo has solved from the 5th Plenum to the 6th Plenum and a number of key tasks from the 6th Plenum to the 7th Plenum of the 13^th Party Central Committee”; “Report on Party financial work in 2021”; on "Staff work".
