Speaking at the opening of the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia emphasized: In the first 6 months of the year, despite the influence of the Covid-19 epidemic, under the drastic and focused leadership and direction, the key points of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Standing Committee, the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, the work of building the Party and the political system in the province has been effectively implemented; the Resolutions, programs and projects of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Standing Committee are concretized and come to life. The situation of socio-economic development, economic growth and industries, construction and services in the first 6 months of the year has achieved higher results than the plan. In which, the province's gross domestic product (GRDP) increased by 8.6%; State budget revenue reached over VND 25,800 billion. The business environment, public administration, administrative reform, and people's satisfaction have greatly improved. The difficulties in site clearance have been initially removed. The people's material and spiritual life continues to be improved.

Next, the delegates studied and reviewed the report on Party building work, the socio-economic development situation in the first 6 months of the year and the main directions, tasks and solutions for the last 6 months in 2022; the report on 10 years of implementation of the Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU dated October 26, 2011 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on vocational training, employment and poverty reduction program in Hung Yen province for the period of 2011-2015, with an orientation to 2020 (the Resolution No. 06); the report on supplementation and adjustment to the public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period and the supplementation in the 2022 public investment plan; the Urban development program of Hung Yen province in the period of 2021-2025, with an orientation to 2030; the investment policy to build a number of traffic routes ...

After consideration and discussion, the conference unanimously approved the draft Resolution of the 17th Conference of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2020 - 2025 with the following contents: Basically agree with the contents of the reports: the Party building work in the first 6 months of the year and the main orientations and tasks for the last 6 months of 2022; the implementation of the socio-economic development plan in the first 6 months of the year and the main tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2022; the adjustment and supplementation of the 5-year medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period and the supplementation in the 2022 public investment plan; the Urban development program of Hung Yen province in the period of 2021-2025, with an orientation to 2030; the report on evaluation and summary of 10 years of implementation of the Resolution No. 06 and the report on important work and key tasks that the Provincial Standing Committee has directed to solve since the 16th Provincial Party Executive Committee’s conference to the 17th Provincial Party Executive Committee’s conference…

The Provincial Party Executive Committee agreed on the investment policy in accordance with the law for the construction projects of a number of traffic routes. At the same time, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee was assigned to direct the review, study and absorption of the opinions of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, complete the contents to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and decision in accordance with the law.
