At the working session, the Secretary General of the Taiwan Agricultural Tourism Development Association Ngo Minh Triet said that the delegation aims to learn about the experience in agricultural production development of the province; at the same time, shares their experience in converting traditional agriculture into tourism agriculture that Taiwan has done with good economic efficiency. Besides, through the working session, they would like to seek the cooperation and investment opportunities in the field of transferring traditional agriculture to tourism one in the coming time. 

Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Do Xuan Tuyen presented the potentials and strengths in the socio-economic development of the province. At the same time, Hung Yen always attaches importance to developing high quality agriculture. On the basis of the advantages of transport, a lot of historical and cultural relics, craft villages and typical farm products, trade and tourism are supposed to develop into the major economic sector of the province. Therefore, the province wishes to make cooperation, inquire consultation and experiences from Taiwanese enterprises in transferring traditional agriculture to tourism one in the coming time.

After the working session at the Headquarter of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Do Xuan Tuyen and the delegation of the Taiwan Agricultural Tourism Development Association visited some historical and cultural sites in Hung Yen city such as Mau Temple, Hien Pagoda, etc., the longan farm in Hong Nam commune (Hung Yen city), the model of flowers and ornamental trees plantation in association with tourism development in Xuan Quan commune (Van Giang).
