Delegates attend the conference

At the conference, delegates discussed and contributed their ideas on: Tentative meeting theme and the draft of the preliminary outline of the political report to submit to the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025; assignment of members of the Documentation Subcommittee; decision on recruiting assistants from the General Department to draft the document to submit to the 19th Provincial Party Congress, tenure 2020 - 2025.

 Regarding the tentative theme of the congress and the preliminary outline of the Political Report to submit to the 19th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, the delegates basically agreed and proposed to make the report concise, clear and brief to avoid duplication; evaluated the results of implementation of the Resolution of the 18^th Provincial Party Congress, tenure 2015 - 2020, as well as set out the direction, goals and tasks in the next term. Delegates agreed with the establishment of the Editorial Board to assist the Document Subcommittee.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Do Tien Sy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that preparation of documents for the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025 was very important. The drafting of documents needs to be short, concise and highly generalized with a scientific layout which fully shows the achieved results; points out the causes, limitations, and lessons learned, and at the same time demonstrates the vision and strategic thinking of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; reflects the major goals and basic directions; and shows the political determination of the entire Party Committee and people in the next term and subsequent years. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the supporting board should fully absorb the comments and suggestions of participants at the conference; continue to supplement and complete the draft of political report to submit to the 19th Provincial Party Congress, tenure 2020 - 2025. Members of the Document Subcommittee should take full responsibility for the tasks; the process of advisory and drafting should closely be followed up, updated and applied new guidelines and orientations of the Central Government in order to be consistent with the development of the province in the coming time.
