On the morning of December 19th, at the Provincial Party Committee Headquarters, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, received and worked with the delegation from the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee, Jiangxi Province (China), led by Comrade Huang Xizhong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee. Also present were Comrade Le Quang Hoa, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and representatives from several provincial departments and agencies.

Speaking to welcome the delegation, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia expressed his pleasure at receiving and working with the Party Secretary of Ganzhou City and the members of the delegation; and wished for the relationship between Vietnam and China in general, and between Hung Yen province and Ganzhou city, Jiangxi province in particular, to continue to develop. The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: Over the 75 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, building on the achievements of the good friendship between Vietnam and China, the cooperative relationship between Hung Yen province and localities, organizations, and businesses in China has been continuously strengthened and developed in various fields. This result is proof that the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and China is constantly being promoted, deepened, and elevated to a strategically significant level, especially in the region and the world. The Provincial Party Secretary wished the visit and exchange of experiences of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee delegation to Hung Yen province would yield many positive results, contributing to further strengthening the friendship and cooperative development between the two countries and peoples, as well as between localities of China and Vietnam.

The Secretary of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee expressed his sincere gratitude for the warm and cordial welcome from the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and other leaders of Hung Yen province; and thanked Hung Yen province for its attention, support, and assistance to Chinese enterprises in general, and those from Jiangxi province and Ganzhou city in particular, that are operating in Hung Yen province. The Secretary of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee expressed admiration for the rapid and remarkable development of Hung Yen province in various fields, including economic development, investment attraction, infrastructure development, urban construction, and the construction of modern industrial zones. The Secretary of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee also introduced the provincial leaders to the geographical location, advantages, potential, strengths, and socio-economic development achievements of Jiangxi province and Ganzhou city. At the same time, we hope that in the future, Hung Yen province will pay attention to and create favorable conditions for Jiangxi province and Ganzhou city to strengthen investment cooperation in the fields of high-tech industrial development, port economy, tourism resource promotion, and cultural exchange.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, expressed his joy at the great achievements of China in recent years and its strong rise to become a leading nation in the world in many fields; he also expressed his admiration for the economic development achievements of Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, in recent times, especially the strong development of the economic structure and industries based on leveraging the potential and strengths of the locality. The Provincial Party Secretary welcomed and expressed strong agreement with the proposals put forward by the Party Secretary of Cam Chau City, considering them highly practical and aimed at strengthening friendly cooperation between Hung Yen and Cam Chau. To further develop cooperative relations between the two localities in the future, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that both localities continue to create favorable conditions, provide information, and create investment opportunities for businesses in each locality. Hung Yen province is committed to creating the most favorable conditions for Chinese businesses in general, and investors from Ganzhou city, Jiangxi province in particular, to invest in production and business. Hung Yen province welcomes Chinese businesses with strengths in high-tech fields, electronic components, AI technology, and products serving agricultural and food processing. The Provincial Party Secretary expressed his hope that in the future, the two localities will cooperate in organizing trade fairs and forums for businesses to meet, exchange ideas, and seek opportunities for investment cooperation. In addition, the two localities will strengthen cooperation in the fields of tourism and people-to-people exchanges; and exchange experiences on industrial development, tourism, urban development, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence.
