At the working session, Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia introduced and underscored the potential and advantages of Hung Yen province in project attraction. With the aim of turning into a developed industrial province by 2030, over the past years, after industrial parks were approved by the Prime Minister, Hung Yen province has boosted site clearance, handed over clean sites to investors; actively developed infrastructure in industrial parks; conducted administrative procedure reform, created the favorable environment for investors learning and making investments into the locality; paid attention to training and provision of high-quality labor sources for enterprises.Thang Long II Industrial Park has been reporting good operating results over the years, acknowledged and highly evaluated by Hung Yen leaders. Enterprises in the industrial park have created a large number of jobs, stable income for laborers, and made great contributions to the State budget.

Mr. Takashi Yanai, representative of Sumitomo Corporation thanked the provincial leaders and competent agencies in the province for their direction and lead to creating good conditions for Thang LongII Industrial Park well operating and expanding.Given the approval of the 180-hectare expansion, after being granted the investment certificate and approved the detailed planning, Project Phase 3 has completed 60 hectares of infrastructure construction and attracted 6 projects.He expected that the province would continue directing and supporting the site clearance of the remaining area so that the project would be implemented.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia affirmed that Hung Yen province always created conditions in compliance with Laws so that Thang Long II Industrial Park Corporation could run and execute Project Phase 3 properly.The provincial leaders directed related levels and sectors to cooperate and hand over the whole clean site to the enterprise.He also requested the enterprise beef up the infrastructure development in the industrial park to host investment projects and propose problems for functional agencies to give instructions and solve timely by regulations.
