They were received by and worked with comrades: Mr. Do Tien Sy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly; Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party Committee, comrades in the Provincial Standing Committee, leaders of some departments and branches of the province.

According to the report of the Provincial Standing Committee, the thorough grasping and implementation of the Directive No. 35-CT / TW of the Politburo, the guiding documents of the Central Party Committees, the Plan No. 185-KH / TU dated 8/10/2019 of the Provincial Standing Committee on organizing the Party Congress at all levels towards the 19th Provincial Party Congress, for the term 2020 - 2025 were carried out seriously and timely by all levels of the Party committees.

Political reports, self-criticism reports of the Cells and Party Committees are generally and carefully prepared and democratically discussed to synthesize and supplement before submitting to the Congress by the Party committees at grassroots level. The Provincial Standing Committee focused on directing, guiding and checking the progress of the Party Congress at grassroots; solving and removing difficulties for the establishments in the process of preparing and organizing Congresses. As meeting difficulties on personnel work, the Standing Committee of the Party committee shall appoint members in charge of directly grasping and directing to resolve. The personnel process is carried out according to the instructions; the female structure, the age at the Party committee and the rejuvenation rate in the Party committee at new level basically meet the requirements; the election was conducted in accordance with the regulations in the Party. The consideration and handling of letters, denunciations and complaints have been paid attention to directing and conducting regularly, contributing to restricting outstanding and pressing issues at the grassroots level. To date, 8/13 Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee have completed the Party congress at grassroots for the term 2020-2025. The whole province has completed organizing the Congress at 522/552 (reaching 94.6%) of the Party organizations.

At the meeting, the delegates focused on discussing the following issues: Personnel preparation and election of Party committees; the process of election of official and alternate delegates attending the higher level Congresses; the regulation on the age of members of the Party committees of the Party organizations in the enterprises; ensuring security and order in service of the Congress; the work of grasping the ideological and public opinion situation of officials, Party members and people...
