On the afternoon of November 18th, at the Provincial Party Committee Headquarters, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board for the 2025-2030 term held its second meeting. The meeting was chaired by comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Also attending were representatives from the Central Party Committees, the Central Party Office; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board, and members of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee.

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Tuan Phong, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, reported on the draft Working Regulations of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030; and the draft Work Program for the entire term of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee presided over the meeting.

Following that, Comrade Bui Tien Duy, Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, reported on the draft Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 2025-2030 term; and the draft Inspection and Supervision Work Program for the entire term of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee, 1st term, 2025-2030.

Comrade Le Quang Hoa, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, reported on the Project for restructuring public service units, state-owned enterprises, and administrative organizations under departments and agencies for the period 2025-2030.

Comrade Nguyen Le Huy, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, reported on the adjustment and supplementation of the public investment plan from the central government budget for 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech at the conference.

At the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia informed attendees about the results of the 14th Conference of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The conference reviewed, decided on, and provided opinions on: personnel matters for the 14th Party Congress; the report on the leadership and guidance of the 13th Central Committee; the report summarizing the implementation of the Working Regulations of the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat of the 13th term; and the report summarizing the implementation of the Working Regulations of the Central Inspection Committee of the 13th term; The meeting reviewed and discussed Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on some issues concerning the continued reform and restructuring of the political system's organizational apparatus to be streamlined, effective, and efficient; personnel work; and considered and commented on other matters in accordance with the Working Regulations of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: The Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee meeting unanimously approved the following contents: the Working Regulations of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee, term I, 2025-2030; and the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, term 2025-2030;  The agenda includes: the full-term work program of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030; the full-term inspection and supervision work program of the Provincial Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030; conclusions on the plan for restructuring public service units, state-owned enterprises, and administrative organizations under departments and agencies for the period 2025-2030; and conclusions on adjusting and supplementing the public investment plan from the central government budget for 2025.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested: In the coming period, Party committees, governments, localities, and units at all levels should focus on decisively implementing solutions to promote socio-economic development, successfully completing the targets and tasks for the last six months of the year; strengthening propaganda and thoroughly implementing the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, and urgently developing specific projects to concretize the action program to implement the Resolution; resolutely removing difficulties and bottlenecks in the implementation and disbursement of public investment capital; and accelerating the progress of land clearance for key projects...
