On November 29, the Commemorative Organizing board ofthe 190th anniversary of the foundation of Hung Yen province, the 80th anniversary of the foundation of Provincial Party Committee and the 25th anniversary of re-establishment of Hung Yen province . Commemorative Organizing board held a meeting to review and evaluate commemorative activities. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has completed the schedule of the celebration; collected books, newspapers, documents and images related to the province to display and introduce on the celebration day; completed the recipient of song for the composition contest about Hung Yen; promulgated the plan to organize the first competition of the provincial mobile communication vehicle to celebrate the anniversary… Department of Planning and Investment is tasked with a plan for the ground-breaking ceremony of the side road construction project connecting Hanoi - Hai Phong highway with Cau Gie - Ninh Binh highway, the project of upgrading and expanding the lengthening part of the inter-provincial Hanoi - Hung Yen road and the ceremony of delivering the Investment Certificate to investors in the province.
