At the working session, Mr. Stanislav Vassilevsky expressed his joy of visiting Hung Yen and working with provincial leaders.  Due to the creating favorable conditions of the province, the project of Maz Automobile Manufacturing and Assembly Plant joint venture by Au Viet Industrial Joint Stock Company and “MINSK Automobile Plant” Joint Stock Company - belonging to the BELAVTOMAZ Group (Its head office is located in the Republic of Belarus) is currently being carried out in Chinh Nghia commune (Kim Dong).  In the coming time, Belarus wishes to cooperate with Hung Yen in building a factory specializing in producing dairy products - one of the strengths of Belarusian food processing.

At the same time, the cooperation with Hung Yen will create more opportunities to link high - quality agricultural – industrial production, train modern technical labors and create a large number of valuable products for the provincial, national and export market.

Addressing at the working session, Provincial Party Secretary Do Tien Sy welcomed the goodwill for cooperation and development of Belarus.  At the same time, he gave an overview of the economic, cultural, social features and geographic location of the province and emphasized the province’s favorable conditions in the development of raw materials for production and plentiful labor source.
