The representative of the Karlovy Vary province, Mr. Herman Vacslav urged the provincial authorities to complete the procedures for the labor brokers to be licensed in sending laborers from Hung Yen province to work in Karlovy Vary province under signed agreement of cooperation between the two provinces in 2017. In addition, with the desire to bring the automobile products, especially cars of SKODA of Czech Republic to Vietnamese market, Mr. Herman Vacslav suggested that the province create favorable conditions to issue investment licenses in assembly and distribution facilities in Hung Yen province.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong asked the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to actively complete procedures for granting licenses to send labors to work in the Czech Republic under provisions of law. Revenues from laborers must be approved by competent state agencies and recruitment requirements, recruitment procedures and incomes must be disclosed so that laborers can freely choose.
