On September 27, at the Political Training Center of Van Giang district, the provincial library held the conference to present the digitalized product of Sino-Vietnamese character in Van Giang district...

The provincial library cooperated with the Ho Chi Minh general scientific library to do a survey on Sino-Vietnamese documents in 10 communes and wards of the district. 3.5 thousand pages of Sino- Vietnamese character have been digitalized. Afterwards, the scanned papers are keyed in the management software. The final product is the Sino-Vietnamese character set recorded in CD-ROM. At the conference, the provincial library presented the product to relics, families in order to make facility for research and preservation of Sino-Vietnamese documents and promotion of national cultural heritage.
