Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh and the delegation inspects the situation, the flooding prevention and fighting work on the Red River's section crossing Phu Thinh commune and Hung Cuong commune. Amid the increasing flood level on Red River on the recent days, Hung Yen city and Kim Dong district timely evacuated people and properties in the affected areas to the safe places. During the evacuation process, forces on duty ensured urgency, seriousness and safety for people and properties. Localities arranged areas (communal houses and schools), provided sufficient conditions to evacuate people, supplied them with drinks, food and necessities.

Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh requests the Party committees and the government of Hung Yen province focus on directing and implementing effectively and timely the flooding and rain prevention and fighting work.
Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh acknowledged efforts of localities, especially comrades, the armed force's soldiers who timely implemented the rescue alternatives moving people and properties to safe places. He requested that the Party committee, the local government continue to closely monitor the flooding and rain, direct the response to catastrophes, carefully review and actively evacuate residents out of the unsafe areas to ensure survival safety; provide sufficient food, necessities and clean water for people within the inundated areas; avoid subjectivity as the floods subside and prevent diseases after the flooding. At the same time, it's necessary to repair infrastructure damages such as: traffic road, electricity, communication, schools, medical facilities in order to receive students back to schools and ensure health care to people.
