Compatriot group of Hung Yen province in Hanoi city gives free examination and treatment for the poor in Phu Cu district

In the past 10 years, on the occasion of Tet or special anniversaries, the compatriot group of Hung Yen province in Moscow holds a meeting to communicate the socio-economic development situation of the homeland, shares the opportunities for career growth in the present country, propaganda the information and image of Vietnam and mobilize members to join activities towards the homeland such as donation to the charity funds for the poor and children with the hundreds of millions of dollars...

The compatriot group of Hung Yen province in Quang Ninh province was honored to receive the provincial leaders in its meeting. Group members connect to Vietnam Fatherland front of Hung Yen province to take part in the social activities and take the group to the homeland to visit historic and cultural sites. Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong, member of the compatriot group of Hung Yen province in Quang Ninh province said that Hung Yen people living in Quang Ninh always focused on the homeland with their scared affection and wished to make the contribution to the home province from their full capacity.

Implementing the Directive ref 04-CT/TW dated July 6, 2011of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee "On continuing to innovate and improve the efficiency of the work of the People's Republic of China in the new situation", Vietnam Fatherland front committees on all levels in the province cooperate with the government and member organizations to strengthen dissemination of the Party and the State policies on national solidarity, connect the communication boards of the compatriot groups of Hung Yen province within the country and in foreign countries to propaganda the cultural values, potentials and advantages of the province and help the expatriates.

From 2011 up till now, nearly 100 meetings of Hung yen compatriots in the foreign countries and other provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong saw the attendance of the provincial leaders. The standing committee of Vietnam Fatherland front hosted receptions for many Hung Yen compatriots who did practical activities such as: Hung Yen compatriot group in Moscow assisted the housing building for the poor and donation to the child care fund; Hung Yen compatriot group in Hanoi city gave free examination and treatment to the people with meritorious services to the revolution and the poor and presented Covid-19 protection and prevention devices to Phu Cu district. Thousands of Hung Yen people working and living abroad and in other provinces directly donated to social welfare buildings such as traffic roads, schools, medical stations or investment projects to create jobs for workers and increase budget revenue for the locality... On the occasion of Quy Mao Lunar new year 2023, Hung Yen standing committee of Vietnam fatherland front worked with enterprises and philanthropists to give 16,872 gift sets valued nearly VND12.73 billion to people with meritorious services to the revolution, poor households and people living in difficulties. In February 2022, amid the violence in Ukraine, Hung Yen standing committee of Vietnam fatherland front timely examined on the situations of Hung Yen people in Ukraine, propose to the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee to propose to the Central Government measures to support the safety of overseas Vietnamese, including the people of Hung Yen.

On January 5, 2022, Secretariat of the central committee of the communist party of Vietnam issued the Directive ref 12-CT/TW on strengthening the leadership of the Party, improving the effectiveness of the People's Republic of China in the new situation has once again affirmed that people-to-people relations had created a combined strength to ensure the peaceful and stable environment, protect the national advantages, expand the partnership, cooperation and form greater resources, international consensus and support for the stage of country building and protection. The secretariat requested the executive committees, the government, Vietnam Fatherland front committee,socio-economic corporations pay more attention tocommunication to raise awareness of the position, the role, and the importance of people-to-people relations. 

Strengthening the Party's unified and comprehensive leadership and direction, the centralized and effective management of the State, the close and effective coordination among the three external pillars and between the People's organizations and the People's Committees. the core role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations. Strongly renovating the content and mode of operation, improving the efficiency of the People's Republic of China according to the motto "proactive, flexible, creative and effective"...

In order that people-to-people relations meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation, in the coming time, Vietnam Fatherland front committee should actively consult the party committees, and the government about implementation of the Party and state policies on the people-to-people relations; cooperate with the member organizations in boosting the people-to-people relations, create synchronization in executing the people-to-people relation activities; instruct localities with high density of Hung Yen people to establish the groups to unite compatriots, mobilize optimal resources from expatriates living, studying and working overseas to introduce, propaganda the images of Hung Yen province to the world.
