On the morning of November 1st, Tran Lam ward held the opening ceremony of the traditional Dong Tri communal house festival in 2025.

The festival takes place over three days (November 1-3), commemorating Saint Duong Khong Lo and the three Great Kings: Dong Hai Dai Vuong, Nam Hai Dai Vuong, and Dung Duoc Dai Vuong. Immediately after the opening ceremony, delegates and the people participated in the procession of the Saint, the procession of the village chief, and the traditional initiation ceremony. Throughout the festival, there were also many lively activities such as chess competitions, badminton, tug-of-war, folk art performances, and neighborhood groups taking turns offering incense at the communal house.

The festival is an opportunity to educate about the tradition of "drinking water, remembering the source," to awaken national pride, to contribute to preserving and promoting cultural heritage values, and at the same time to create a joyful atmosphere, strengthen community bonds, and promote the movement of "All people unite to build a cultured life" in the locality.
