The Lady of the Treasury temple was built in the 17th century, in the year of Le Hy Tong dynasty, located on Dien Bien 3 Street - Quang Trung ward (Hung Yen city). The Lady of the Treasury’sreal name was Le Bach Nuong, belonging to the royal lineage of Le dynasty.She was a gorgeous lady and competent at literature and martial arts. Therefore, she was assigned to administer the treasure in Vinh Ty station (the previous name of Pho Hien). As the enemies raged, she and soldiers bravely fought and attempted to keep the treasure.Given the invaders' strength was enormous, the treasure fell into the enemy's hand.To preserve her patriotism, she committed suicide and splashed her blood onto coffers to threat enemies and drove them off.The dynasty built the worshiping temple to commemorate her contribution and named the temple as “Thiên phủ linh từ” (The sacred temple of imperial treasury).The Lady of the Treasury temple is a sacred and well-known relic site, so that many people come to worship and visit.The temple is still keeping precious artifacts such asthe silver hairpin brooch set, the silver incense burner and two candle sticks, nobility titles, worship statue, the bronze bell and parallel sentences.

The Lady of the Treasury temple festival takes place in 3 days from April 20 to April 22 (March 20 1– March 3 of lunar calender) with many cultural activities such as incense offering ceremony, worshiping rituals and traditional games drawing participation of local people and tourists.
