7/7 trade villages of Hoa Phong commune are recognized as the traditional carpentry villages

The fine-art carpentry craft village of Hoa Phong commune has 7/7 fine-art and civil carpentry villages, with 1,700 households involving in the job. The villages are concentrated mostly in Van Duong village with nearly 430 households and Hoa Dam village with nearly 280 households.

In 2018, the revenue from 7 craft villages reached over VND 440 billion, equal to 54% of the commune's revenue. The average per capita income for the households engaged in carpentry reached VND 100 million / person / year.
