Korea Land & Housing Corporation is a government-owned corporation and a big enterprise operating in the field of housing construction and development. To date, the corporation has built more than 2.6 million public houses and developed smart cities in Korea. At the working session, the representative of the corporation said that it is going to invest in developing a clean industrial park with an area of ​​over 100 ha in Hung Yen, but now the implementation of the plan is facing difficulties due to the changes in the investment regulations. It is expected to cooperate with the province to find the solutions for the problems in implementing the project.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee said that the investment plan of the Korea Land & Housing Corporation was reported to the Government and ministries by the province, however, the new regulations of the Planning Law lengthen the project’s schedule, not ensuring the proposed plan. In order to implement the project smoothly, in the coming time, the province will continue to report to the Government and relevant ministries and branches for finding the solution. The Chairman of the provincial People's Committee suggested some solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the project. He said, the province always creates favorable conditions for the corporation to implement the project in the area.

At the working session, the representative of Tay Nam Bo Petroleum Company Limited expected to be facilitied to install the petroleum depot with a reserve of about 5,000 m3; and invest in the construction of the industrial park infrastructure in the province.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee introduced the investment attraction and industrial park development in the province. He suggested the investment plan in the province for Tay Nam Bo Petroleum Company Limited, and asked the company to coordinate with the departments and agencies to research and select the location of the petroleum depot.
