Hanesbrands Vietnam Co., Ltd. currently has owned two factories operating in two districts of Khoai Chau and Kim Dong in the province and creating jobs for 5,000 workers. In 2019, the total export products of factories in the province have reached 125 million units of products; the turnover reached 133 million USD.

At the working session, the representative of Hanesbrands Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that in the coming time, the company is supposed to expand its production and investment in the province with an additional scale of about 1.5 thousand employees. The company wants the province to create favorable conditions in legal procedures in the process of investment expansion as well as in its production in the future.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Dang Ngoc Quynh, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, acknowledged the contributions of Hanesbrands Vietnam Co., Ltd. to the development of the province. Regarding the proposals of the company, the Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee requested the provincial departments and branches to coordinate and support the company in its operation process in the coming time. In addition, the company needs to ensure the legal procedures, meet the environmental sanitation standards during its operation; continue to care for the lives of workers, contribute to the overall development of the province. He affirmed that the province would always create favorable conditions for Hanesbrands Vietnam Co., Ltd. and businesses to operate in the area.
