Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Do Tien Sy and delegates visited and presented gifts to senior Party members in Le Loi ward including: Mrs. Vu Thi Sa, who has joined the Party for 70 years and Mr. Nguyen Van Huu who has joined the Party for 59 years. In Lien Phuong commune, the delegation visited and gave gifts to heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Thanh; Mrs. Do Thi Vi who is the wife of the heroic martyr and Tran Phuong Lien who is having serious disease.

In a solemn and cozy atmosphere, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Do Tien Sy gave greetings to families on the occasion of traditional Tet holiday and presented gifts of the provincial Party Committee and the People's Council, the People's Committee and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to the families. He also presented gifts of the Chairman of the Central Committee of Vietnamese Fatherland Front to families with the amount of VND 1.3 million each.

Secretary of Provincial Party Committee asked the authorities and local organizations to pay more attention to policy beneficiary families, the elderly, and families living in difficulties. At the same time, he expected that families would promote the revolutionary tradition of their homeland, mobilize their family members to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, contribute to the common development of the homeland and the country.

After that, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee Do Tien Sy came to give gifts of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and handed over the greetings of the President to Mrs. Vu Thi Nguyet on her 100^th birthday (An Tao ward) .

Secretary of Provincial Party Committee wished her a healthy life among the family and neighbors. At the same time, he affirmed that in recent years, the Party and the State have had a lot of  policies for elderly care.

On the same day, at the Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Do Tien Sy extended 50 gifts of the Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc to policy beneficiary families, the poor and children to help them overcome difficulties in their study; each gift is worth VND 1.3 million; leaders of the province, Hung Yen city and the provincial Red Cross presented gifts of the Provincial Agent Orange Victims Fund and the Provincial Red Cross Association to 86 Agent Orange victims, the handicapped, and the poor. Each gift is worth VND 500,000.

On January 26, Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of the province visited, presented gifts and encouraged policy beneficiary families, poor households, the senior Party members and the elderly in Yen My district.

He also presented the greeting cards and gifts of the President to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Luu in Yen Hoa commune; Mr. Tran Van Hanh’s family who is the poor household in Yen Hoa commune and 138 poor households, the handicapped, the poor and excellent children in Yen My district.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong and other delegates visited, presented gifts and Tet greeting cards to the Party member Bui Tien Hong who has joined for 70 years; Mr. Ngo Van Sang, 90 years old and Mr. Pham Ngoc Hieu who is the war soldier in Chinh Nghia commune; Mr. Nguyen Van Chep, 94 years old, who is a revolutionary vet and Mrs. Dao Thi Tuyen’s family, a poor household living in Song Mai commune. He also presented 134 gifts to poor households, the handicapped, children living in difficulties in the district.

Acknowledging great contributions of policy beneficiary families and veterans to the revolution in the cause of national liberation, construction and protection, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expected that they would continue to develop heroic revolutionary traditions, strive to study and work, constantly improve the material and spiritual life, contribute to the locality to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party congress at all levels and build a more prosperous homeland; and that the authorities and local organizations would continue to pay attention to taking care of the policy beneficiary families, helping the poor and children living in difficulties to move forward

* On the occasion of traditional Tet 2019, the People's Committee of the province paid a visit and presented gifts to 20 policy beneficiary families and people with meritorious services to the revolution; each gift is worth VND 500,000. This is the amount financed from the gratitude fund of officials and soldiers of the provincial armed force.
