At the conference, representatives of the Ministry of Information and Communications announced the organization plan, time to receive works and introduced the rules of the "Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam 2024" contest. Accordingly, participation categories include photos and videos; Contest participants are Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 years and older. Each author or group of authors may submit no more than 10 photo and video works. The work was created from January 1, 2022 to the time of receipt and the submitted work has not been submitted or won a prize at any previous competitions and exhibitions. The prize structure for each contest category (photo and video) includes: 1 gold medal, 2 silver medals, 3 bronze medals, 10 consolation prizes, 1 most voted work. Authors and groups of authors submit their works to the contest at: https://happy.vietnam.vn./. Deadline for receiving works is August 20, 2024.
