To ensure early success in winter crop production, right from the date of the provincial plan, the District People's Committee has directed functional units and localities to deploy technical guidance to help farmers grow vegetables. early winter crop in the best seasonal frame, intensive farming towards safe and hygienic food production. This year the district strives to plant about 800 hectares of winter crops. By October 20, farmers had planted about 570 hectares; including about 300 hectares of early winter crops.

These are factors that help improve productivity, quality and increase the competitiveness of agricultural products in the market.
