At the conference, the Department of Home Affairs approved the report on the establishment of Hoang Hoa Tham High School and Secondary School under the Hung Yen Department of Education and Training; the establishment of the Center for Health Care and Protection for Cadres of Hung Yen province under Hung Yen Department of Health; the establishment of the Center for Monitoring - Information on Natural Resources and Environment under Hung Yen Department of Natural Resources and Environment; the amendment, supplementation and abolishment of some articles and clauses in the Decisions of the Provincial People's Committee regarding the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Department of Home Affairs and Department of Justice .

The Action Plan is promulgated to implement the Government's Resolution No. 17 on a number of key tasks and solutions to develop e-Government in the period of 2019-2020, with the orientation to 2025; a Decision is issued to amend and supplement some articles in the Decision No. 47 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulation on technology management in Hung Yen province.

Concluding remarks, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong emphasized that the merger of agencies and units aims to reduce the staffing and leadership.
