Therefore, all levels and sectors, especially the leaders of the province, are always interested in improving the investment environment and investment attraction into industrial parks of Hung Yen province and bringing stable receipts to provincial budget ",

As of March 28, 2018, in industrial parks of the province, there are 349 investment projects are still valid, of which there are 194 FDI projects and 155 domestic investment projects, with total registered investment capital of over USD 3.26 billion and over VND 20.2 trillion.

One of the factors supporting the increase of receipts of this area is due to the fact that from the beginning of the year, tax authorities and functional departments in the area focused on solving difficulties and supporting businesses with policies to create jobs for employees, boost up the development; thereby create receipts for the state budget.

Another important factor that made the receipts submitted by FDI enterprises increase in the past time is that North Kinh Do One Member Limited Company has changed the type from non-state enterprise to FDI enterprise. In the first 2 months of the year, it paid over VND 29 billion to the state budget.

In order to promote the development of the business community, in the coming time, Hung Yen Tax Department will strengthen the coordination with the functional authorities in the province to focus on disseminating and removing difficulties as well as creating the most favorable conditions for businesses in production and consumption.

At the same time, the department continues to diversify methods of dissemination and tax law support; regularly organize "Listening week to tax payers", business dialogues and training on new tax policies; promptly answer all problems of taxpayers through electronic means.

In particular, focus on solutions to improve the business environment, improve competitiveness; continue to overcome the limitations and difficulties to well perform management task.

In addition, the department continues to focus on reviewing receipt sources in FDI area in order to predict receipts sources closely to the actual situation; focus on analyzing the causes of impacts on increase and decrease of the state receipts, especially newly generated production capacity; thereby collecting precisely and adequately to the state budget.
