On March 14, the Provincial People's Committee issued the Plan ref.44/KH-UBND on the digitalization of administrative formalities under the authority of State agencies in Hung Yen province...

According to the plan, in addition to instruction, monitoring, information, dissemination and guidance on implementation ofadministrative formalities on digital environment, the province has also built the data repository to manage the digital data of administrative formalities for digitalization and storage of the results of administrative formality handling. From 2022 to the end of 2025, there will bereview, classification and tally of valid administrative procedure results that need to be digitized from 1997 to the end of 2021 and from 1996 or earlier (if any) and that are still valid.As of 2022, agencies, units and localities that create an electronic database for administrative procedure results must be digitally signed, and must be updated on the public service portal, on the one-stop information system as issued and on the database and specialized management software of agencies and units to facilitate storage, exploitation and integration into electronic data management repository of the provincial administrative procedure files.

The purpose of the plan is to enhance the effectiveness of activities of the State agencies, creating the advantages for people and enterprises in information approach and exploitation and access to results of administrative formalities on the digital environment. By 2025,100% of the valid administrative formalities under the authority of state agencies will be digitalized to create management repository of digital data of administrative formalities of Hung Yen province to facilitate management, storage, search and information sharing about the administrative formalities.
