Accordingly, the main contents of the plan are: Developing a system to manage and check the quality of products online via mobile devices using QR matrix - code traceability of products in the province; making lists of enterprises and cooperatives which sell products compliant with GAP and applied the electronic stamps of origin; publicizing the list of enterprises and cooperatives participating in the application of electronic stamps, disseminating and guiding on the access of electronic traceability stamp application.

Finally, it is to apply smart electronic stamp application in product management; activate information for products and instruct installation and usage to business and cooperative via smartphone.

Buyers only need to use cell phones or other convenient equipment to trace the source, origin and quality of the products.

At present, there are about ten agro products of more than 20 gardeners, farms and cooperatives applied the origin traceability labels. All these products are granted intellectual property protection certificates and developed by growers in accordance with VietGap standards such as: Quang Chau orange, Hong Nam longan, Khoai Chau banana.

The products applied traceability labels have made influence on anti-counterfeit good campaign. Traceability labeling has become a two-way information channel between production units, distribution channels and consumers.

This helps consumers to improve their awareness of using products with clear origin and fighting with counterfeit goods and poor quality goods.

Application of traceability labels for agro products not only brings economic benefits to producers but also creates socio-economic efficiency, tightens ties and multi-dimensional interaction between 4 parties called "Managers, enterprises, producers, consumers".

As a large-scale citrus farm in Phu Cu District, Bong Vang Farm actively registered its number code, bar code and applied traceability stamps of origin for its orange products in 2017.

Leading us to the farm, Mr. Hoang Huu Quoc, the farm owner, said that "Origin traceability is a compulsory and indispensable trend for producing clean agricultural products. Bong Vang farm is the pioneer in stamping traceability of origin to the products right on fields. The process of caring and product formation is managed in accordance with the chain of VietGap process application. Each packaging and labels of the farm are tagged QR assurance code and consumers only need to use the smart phone to get accessed through QR code scanning.

Origin traceability is an indispensable trend in modern commodity production. However, the implementation of traceability is still difficult because it is a high technology activity. Small and medium enterprises and farms and gardens have not fully developed or implemented programs of origin traceability of products.
