The 20th TDK Yamazaki Teiichi Cup Youth Football Championship saw the participation of 65 children football teams, mainly from the localities in Akita Prefecture and neighboring provinces.

The Hung Yen Province Under-11 Football Team is the only one and it is also the first time a foreign football team is invited to participate in the Championship.

The Hung Yen Province Under-11 Football Team consists of 20 players and is divided into 2 teams, team A and B. Each team has 10 players. Team A participates in the tournament for the U12 age group; team B includes players from U9 to U11 and takes part in the U11 age group of the tournament.

Due to the hard practice and good preparation, the team achieved high results in the tournament. Specifically, team A won the third prize; team B won the second prize.
