Continuing its agenda on the afternoon of January 22, the 14th National Party Congress proceeded with the recording of ballots, voting, announcement of results, and approval of the list of members elected to the 14th Party Central Committee.

The Congress elected 200 members to the 14th Party Central Committee, comprising 180 full members and 20 alternate members.

Hung Yen province was honored to have two delegates elected as full members of the 14th Party Central Committee: Nguyen Huu Nghia, member of the 13th Party Central Committee and Provincial Party Secretary; and Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Nguyen Huu Nghia was born in 1972, with his hometown in Thu Lam commune, Hanoi city.

In June 2021, Nguyen Huu Nghia, then a member of the 13th Party Central Committee and Party Secretary and Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission, was reassigned by the Politburo to join the Executive Board, Standing Committee, and serve as Provincial Party Secretary of Hung Yen for the 2020-2025 term.

In October 2025, at the Hung Yen Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, Nguyen Huu Nghia was re-elected as Provincial Party Secretary of Hung Yen.

Pham Quang Ngoc was born in 1973, with his hometown in Yen Khanh commune, Ninh Binh province.

In November 2025, the Party Central Committee's Secretariat issued a decision to transfer Pham Quang Ngoc, then Deputy Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee of Ninh Binh, to join the Executive Board, Standing Committee, and serve as Deputy Provincial Party Secretary of Hung Yen for the 2025-2030 term. He was subsequently elected by the Provincial People's Council to serve as Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee of Hung Yen for the 2021-2026 term.
